Great article from AdAge Digital - read it here - showing that "slightly more than 1% of fans of the biggest brands on Facebook are actually engaging with the brands." What does this mean to us? It means that anyone can get a million fans if they try hard enough, but those fans aren't going to work for you like your brand advocates will. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?
